このinvoiceは、fedexのWEBシッピングツールによって作成されており、PDFで出力されます。
このPDFをツールを使用してMSデータに変換してみましたが、変形が酷く使いにくいです。
今回はこのまま【invoice.pdf】を使用して発送しても大丈夫です。
次回からのために、オリジナルのインヴォイスを用意していただけると助かります。
書式に決まりはありませんが、記載事項などは下記のテンプレートや私の取引先のINVOICE等を参考にしてみてください。
This invoice is created by a web shipping tool of FedEx and it puts out the PDF.
Using the PDF tool, I tried to convert it to MS data, but unfortunately, it is hard to use it as the deformation of the document.
So I will be able to use the 【invoice.pdf】as it is, for shipping.
For the next time, I will be happy that you prepare the original invoice.
As the format is not decided, please refer to the invoice for my supplier along with the template for the description.
