その人は、おそらく中国人です。中国人は日本でよくこのような販売をしています。
私は疑ったりしていなかったので、その商品が偽物だとは分かりませんでした。

I am terribly sorry that the item was fake.
I seemed to have bought it from the wrong seller.
Perhaps, the man is Chinese. Chinese are sometimes doing like this in Japan.
I had not thought it was suspicious, so I didn’t notice that it was fake at that time.
I hope you understand that I was not meant to sell you a fake.
I will straight away refund you. I would appreciate it if you could remove the complaint.
