私は今非常にショックです。
とても素敵なカップが壊れていました。
私はとてもそれを気に入っていました。
カップが割れて届きました。
カップ2個が破損しています。
おまけのカップは良いとしても、この問題を解決しないといけません。
もう少し、商品の間にスペースを開けて梱包してほしかったです。
私はいつも、荷物を開封するとき動画を撮っています。

I was really fond of it.
Two cups had been broken.
More over, the issue of the cups themselves are all right, but I have to solve this problem.
I wanted you to pack the items with some more spaces.

I really like that but it has arrived broken.
The cup has been broken into two parts.
This problem should be solved even though a bonus cup is so good.
The space between items should be separated more in packing.
