I had to contact you because I can not reach Hannah.
I noticed a mistake when I was trying to make a payment.
I asked her about it but she doesn't answer.
Also I have a question about the amount I have to pay.
I have to contact HMRC by 11th of September.

Or would it be possible if you could contact HMRC and ask them to extend the payment due until the problem is solved?
