以前キャンセルをした理由はアメリカ国内発行のクレジットカードのみ決済可能ということを理解していなかったという事情がありました。数年オークションを利用しておりますがそれ以外のキャンセルはありません。入札を許可頂くことは可能でしょうか?どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

The reason i cancelled before was that I didn't know that only credit cards issued in America can be used to pay. i used it in an auction a few years ago but i've never cancelled other than this time. Can you allow me to make a bid? Hoping for your kind response.

The reason I didn't understand – the reason for canceling before was that only credit cards issued in the US can be accepted. But... We have been using this auction for several years, but no other cancellations occurred. Is it possible to approve our bid? Thank you.
