銀行がJVの構成会社それぞれからBondの請求をされるリスクがあるとして、
incorporated JVにボンドの発行が難しいと言われました。
そこでご相談ですが、Bondの発行先をA社 on behalf of B社として提出させていただけないでしょうか。
他社でのプロジェクトでこういった形態で提出させていただいた実績があります。
どうしてもB社を発行先にしなければならない場合は再度銀行に相談してみますが、
なんとかご対応をお願いしたく存じます。

According to the bank, there is a risk that each component company of JV asks the bond to the bank. Therefore, the bank is difficult to issue the bond to incorporated JV.
Now that I would like to discuss with you. Can we issue the bond to A company on behalf of B company and submit it?
We had an experience to do the same thing in other company's project before.
If we should issue it to B company definitely, we will try to ask to the bank, again.
However, please consider it firstly.
