商品の支払いができる予算が限られているので、オーダーを３つに分けていました。何カ月も出荷状況を確認していたのですが、全く返答がありませんでした。当初の予定通りであれば、きちんと支払いができたのですが、残りの商品代金を支払う資金が、今週中には手配できません。商品を引き渡しができる状態の時には、残りの商品代金を必ず支払いができます。
今まで御社の手数料も含むて支払っているので、その資金をメーカーの商品代金の支払いにしようして頂けませんか。
商品がきちんと全部届かない場合もありますか。

As we have paid including your charges, could you make the payment with the fund to the maker?

As the budget is limited for the payment so that I splitted my order into 3.
I have been checking the status on the situation for the shipping for several months, there is no response so far. I should say we can pay it as planned on schedule but we are unable to prepare the budget within this week in order to pay for the items remaining.
In the presence of items to be delivered, we will be ready for the payment for the items absolutely.
As we pay along with handling charge, could you make the budget for the items for manufacture?
Do you think that all items may not be delivered ?
