10日たっても御社から返信がないので、もう一度、セラーセントラルを利用するための個人情報を最初から記入し直したいと思います。
一度リセットしていただくことはできないでしょうか?
いま、一時的にアカウントが停止状態になっています。その理由も分からないので途方に暮れています。

As I still haven't received any response from you for 10 days, I wish to edit all my personal information on Seller Central from the beginning so I that I can use it again.
Would you please reset it once?
At the moment my account is temporarily suspended and I am at a loss not knowing what to do as I don't know what caused the suspension.
I will be waiting for your reply.
