The details
We urged the consolidated delivery service (A company) to issue MBL number, but hadn't received any e-mails.
The person in charge of AMS transmission mistook to register for the concerned BL as transmitted on the internal shared sheet, so unsent situation wasn't recognized.
After the ship had left, A company informed MBL and we noticed AMS unsent.
We immediately handled with the AMS transmission.
The consolidated deliver service usually sends Notice before leaving.
However, A company didn't deal with informing Notice of AMS unsent.
