I had a message from the American agency which is doing the investigation of the delivery damage, regarding the procedure in Japan Post.
I ask if you could do the following:
1. Please go to the delivery destination (the post office or UPS in charge at the area where you live) which damaged and delivered your package.
2. Please present proof of the damaged delivery to the one in charge.
3. Please fill up the proof documents regarding the damaged delivery.
4. Please let our company know by email the name of the company that submitted the documents proving the damages, and the name of the person in charge who accepted it.
