As it is a small package, there is a slight chance that the customs may overlook it and the item may go through the customs without problems... (It can happen rarely.)
I'm also to blame as I listed and offered the item to people in Africa without knowing that it was a prohibited item.

We can send it if you are really none the worse. This order gonna be quite a little package, so they might overlook it as the case may be. (There are such a rare occasions sometimes.)
There is a responsibility on our part that exhibiting our forbidden products to Africa with lack of knowledge. So, please do not worry about the whole expenses, even when being caught at customs, we surely take care of it.

I recommend you to cancel this because it seems most likely to be rejected at the customs. Would you still like to send it? Since the package is small, there is slight possiblity to be passed by the customs overlooking it. (It happens in rare occasions.)
