出品規約違反という理由で、6月6日に突然私の販売アカウントが削除された。
しかし、私は違反をしていないので、違反をしていない証拠を添えて貴社にメールした。
24時間以内に返信が来るとフォームに表示されているが、96以上時間返信がない状態だ。
貴社に催促のメールもしたが、返信すらない。
違反をしていないのにセラーアカウントを削除され、証拠を出しても無視をされている。
弊社は貴社のガイドラインを遵守しているのに、あまりにも不誠実な対応に失望している。

Due to sale listing violations, on June 6 my sales account was suddenly closed.
But I haven't done any violations so I gathered proof and emailed your them to your company.
Within 24 hours if the reply comes, it will be displayed in the form but there has been no reply for more than 96 hours.
Our company respects the guidelines of your company. we are quite disappointed at your response in bad faith.
