先日、納品いただいた、
【310003 wood chair】にて重大なトラブルが発生しております。
80㎏程度の荷重を掛けただけで、
添付写真のように座面が割れてしまうものが、出ております。
割れてしまった、座面を剥がし中を確認しました。
①板をつないでいるものは、もちろん割れます。
②板をつないでいないものも、80㎏程度で割れてしまうものがあります。
これでは、とても出荷することが出来ません。
至急、対策を検討いただけますでしょうか？

The goods you delivered for us "310003 wood chair" has a severe problem.
As I loaded 80kg, the seat of some of them were split as per attached photo.
I checked inside it by removing the split seat.
1. For the connected seat was split of course.
2. For unconnected seat, by about 80 kg load, some of them were split.
In this case, we cannot ship for customers.
Could you take a measurement of them promptly?
