稟議に時間が掛かる場合は、送付した見積書に同意した旨と押印をして下さい。
それを内示として、社内処理を進めます。
また、今回急ぎとのことなので、図面の改定も後追いで進めます。
貴社からの図面承認前に材料手配を進めます。後からのクレームは受け付けられません。
今週中にいただけない場合、日本の連休を挟むので更に納期が遅れる可能性があります。
とにかく、POを発行して下さい。PO又は内示が無いと製作を進められません。
If I get PO within this week, I will be able to arrange delivery at the end of June.
If it takes time for approval, please write that you agreed to the quotation that I sent and stamp on it.
I will internally proceed it as unofficial statement.
Also, as you are in an hurry this time, I will follow up and proceed the revision of drawing.
I will arrange materials before the approval of drawing from your company. I cannot accept any complaint after that.
If I do not get it within this week, there might be further delay in delivery due to consecutive holidays in Japan. Anyways, please issue PO. I cannot proceed production without PO or unofficial statement.
