アマゾンの配送サービスを使用されているのですね。
今回の一連の配送トラブルが発生したのも納得できました。
弊社でも利用することがありますが、アマゾンの大口出荷のサービスはトラブルが発生しないことの方が珍しいです。
今後とも御社へは大量の書籍の発注をする予定をしています。
配送トラブルをなくすためにもアマゾンではなく、御社から直接弊社に書籍を送って頂くのは可能でしょうか？
