ebayで購入後、商品の状態についてセラーに確認をしたところ、
商品ページに記載しているものと違いました。
コンディション欄には一度も開封していないと記載されていますが、
実際はシュリンクが取り外されていると回答あり。
セラーに返金を依頼したところ、
了承していただけましたが、
商品を取り戻すのに苦労していると回答あり。
追跡番号の提供をお願いしましたが、
10日以上経過しても返事がない状況です。
こちらに商品は到着していません。
全額返金をお願いします。
As I have confirmed the condition of the item to seller after making a purchase on ebay,
it was totally different from the item page on the site.
On the condition section on the site, it said that it is unopened but there is response that shrink was removed actually.
When I was asking for refund to seller and it was approved but it is taking so much time to get back the item.
As I asked the tracking number but it has been no response for longer than 10 days.
The item was not delivered to me.
I am strongly asking for full refund at any rate.
