Communication should all go to us now that the takeover is complete. I believe that the takeover had not been processed by HMRC by the 11th January, so the email went to VAT Global instead.
I have cc’d Hannah who works on our audit team in this email. She will help you to collect all of the documents required by HMRC. If you could provide them quickly, then we will make sure we can meet all of HMRC’s deadlines.
Unfortunately, you will need to speak to Amazon if you are concerned about how they will react. You can tell them that your agent is managing the audit, but we cannot correspond with Amazon directly.
