Your answer to my question was "shutter works at all speeds." However, this camera does not allow the shutter to either charge or release. This only means one thing; i.e., the internal mechanism is broken. I do not believe this happened during shipping. Let's say it did happen during shipping due to excessive vibration; however, in such a case, much more fragile focusing screen should also be broken. In reality, this fragile glass screen is intact and shows no sign of abnormality.

You replied to my question as saying, "shutter works at all speeds". However, I cannot even charge the shutter or release the shutter on this camera. This means that the internal device is broken. Also, this kind of faulty should not be caused during the shipment. Let's say that this was caused by the movements and vibrations during the shipment. If so, the weaker parts such as its focusing screen should have been broken too. However, there is no problem seen on the fragile screen which is made of glass.

You answered my question with "shutter works at all speeds". However this camera can't charge of shutter and shut it down also. The camera must be broken internally. It might be not happened in course of transmission. If it was happened in course of transmission because of shake etc., focusing screen should be broken first. But this fragile glass screen is fine.
