1 The hard disc I purchased from you doesn't work. Is this authentic?
I do have an authentic item, yet the one you have sent weighs less and also is made in China. I suspect this may be fake.
Why did you send me an item that seal was already opened? It indicates that it was swapped as it had been already opened.
2 If you wouldn't refund the amount, I will report eBay that you had sent me a fake product and will collect the product amount from PayPal.

Why did you send me a product that the security sticker has been already opened? Opened box means it is possible to change the content to a fake product.
