ご請求に対してはお支払いしたいと考えています
しかし、支払いが終わるとそれらの不備が解決されないまま

I'm afraid I'll say it countless times but please answer my questions.
And please send the documents that I have been requesting.
Because I can't receive the documents from your company, I am expending a large amount of labor on UPS and other accounting firms.

I would like to pay your invoice.
However,once I pay I fear that the deficiencies will stay unresolved.
