さきほど発送完了のメールを受信しました。
発送先の住所を確認すると、日本ではなくUSA・OR州になっています。
私の日本の会社の住所に間違いなく発送していただけましたでしょうか?
確認のため連絡させて頂きました。
オーダーフォームでは、USA以外の住所が記入できない為、TAXのかからないOR州を選択してから、日本の住所を記載して注文しています。
可能であれば、海外の住所も入力できるように、改善して頂けると助かります。
一度ご検討下さいませ。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

I received an email saying that item had been sent a few minutes ago.
I checked address to which it was sent, and found that it was not Japan but Oregon State in USA.
Are you sure that you sent it to address of my company in Japan?
I am contacting you to make sure it.
As I cannot fill out the address other than USA in order form, I selected Oregon where tax is not required, and then ordered upon filling out the address in Japan.
If you can, may I ask you to improve where I can fill out the address abroad?
Please consider it. I appreciate your understanding.

Please confirm if you have surely shipped to the address of my company in Japan.
I am emailing to notice the above.
In the order form, it is impossible to select the region outside the USA. So, when I placed an order, I chose Oregon where tax is not charged, and write the Japanese address.
If possible, I hope you revise your order form so that addresses outside the USA is accepted. I would appreciate your kind consideration.
