前回は、デポジットを払う前と商品代金を払う前に、発注した数量を減らして、商品を出荷させてきています。だから、メーカーが決めているバジェット以上の数量を発注した方がいいと思います。お客さんに確認したところ、支払いは彼らの倉庫に到着した後だと言ってきているので、受注は一度 キャンセルして他のお客さんに提案して新しい受注を作成したいです。明日からお休みになった場合は、誰か代わりにメーカーと交渉して頂けますか。現在流行っているブランドかこれから流行りそうなブランドを提案してください。

The former time, we shipped products by lowering quantity of orders before paying deposit and product payment. Therefore, we think it better to order quantity more than your budget maker decide. When checked the client, as they say payment is after products arrive at their warehouse, we would like to cancel the order once and have a new order by asking other clients. They shipped items that was decreased its number from that we ordered before we made a deposit and before we paid for the items last time. So I think it would be better to place an order for more than the minimum number the manufacturer requires. I have confirmed our customer that they will pay for it after the items will be delivered at their warehouses. So I would like to cancel accepting order once and make an offer to another customer and accept another order. Will someone instead negotiate it with the manufacturer if you are not going to be there from tomorrow? I would like you to propose the latest brands or brands seem to be getting popular.
