新しいコードを使用してもアクティベーションはできなかったそうです。
お客様から次のような意見がありました。
新しくいただいたコードはシリアルナンバー045042用のものかと思われます。
USBコネクタをパソコンに接続したときに出てくる画面では043969用のコードが求められているので、043969用のコードが必要なのではないでしょうか。

Even though using a new code, she/he could not activate it.
There was an opinion from the client.
A code being given newly seems to be a series number for 045042.
In the image shown when connected to a PC with USB connecter, it wants 043969 code, it might need a code for 043969?
