i am interested in a iwasaki swedish steel/high carbon steel razor but am unsure of what model to go for...
can you recommend any ? looking for nice one but also best bang for buck on performance....
prefer straight edge as opposed to smiling edge as i will be maintaining/honing it myself and find honing smiling edges very difficult (new to honing this year)
initially wanted a tamahagane iwasaki but did not want spend the big money they seem to want for these so
ended up buying a daishi 800 but now find i want a iwasaki still (best maker i think)
am willing to wait months for right razor at right price

何かオススメありますか。良いのを探していますがお値段に見合うものが良いです。
自分で手入れや研磨したいのでスマイリングエッジよりもストレートエッジが良いです、スマイリングエッジは研ぐのがとても難しいので(研磨は今年から始めました)。
最初は玉鋼岩崎が欲しかったのですが大金をはたきたくなかったので大師800を買おうとしていましたが今は岩崎鋼が欲しいと思っています(一番のメーカーだと思います)。
良い剃刀を適正価格で手に入れるために数ヶ月でも待つつもりです。
