Human resource strategy in Labuan corporataion
In Labuan corporation, we are planning to hire Malaysians who speak English.
Also, we will arrange a system that handles customers in English by mainly Malaysians.
We will also search subcontractors and business partners in Southeast Asia to develop the market positively. What we have done in Japan, America, China, and Europe in the past will be now operated in Southeast Asia by the Malaysians Labuan corporation hired.
