I don't understand either why "Security Level 9" is sold at Japan Amazon. Any product page on KRYPTONITE EVOLUTION MINI7I that I checked shows "Security Level 7". However, as they sell well in Japan Amazon, if there's any mistakes in descriptions, people put bad customer reviews at Amazon. They are mostly good reviews and I think the product "Security Level 9" do exist. Will you confirm this with your supplier?

I am wondering why "Security "LEVEL9"" has been sold on Amazon JP. Looking at any product pages of "KRYPTONITE EVOLUTION MINI7", they say "Security "LEVEL7"". However since it is selling well on Amazon JP, if this was a typo on the functionality description, it would give a bad rating on the Amazon customer review. Since it almost receives good rating, I assume "Security "LEVEL9"" does exist. Please confirm with your supplier.
