また最終審査/授賞式への参加も検討したいが、
コミュニケーションが不安であるために韓国在住の知人に通訳を頼みたいと考えています。
この場合、二名分のホテルを手配頂くことは可能だろうか？
あるいは映画祭の運営者側に韓/日話者は居るだろうか？

With regard to a number of requirements that were asked for, let me answer exactly as follows.
Also, I want to consider attending the final judging / awarding ceremonies but
I have misgivings about communication therefore I am thinking of asking people I know who are living in Korea to interpret for me.
For such a case, I wonder if it's possible to receive hotel arrangements for 2 people?
Or maybe there are Korean/ Japanese speakers from the management side during the film festival?
It would be great if I can receive the answers to the above. Thank you.
