異物はHubから出てきますので、エレメントの中心に向かうように高圧水を噴射します。
ですので、右図のように一気に広範囲を洗浄するのはNGです。
エレメントを回転させますが、このように少し洗浄範囲を重ねることが重要です。180°回転させたら洗浄完了です。
全自動が必要ですか？半自動ならば、全自動に比べてコストを10分の1程度に抑えることができます。弊社は洗浄品が多いので、全自動にしていますが、貴社であれば半自動でも良いと考えます。

As an object comes from hub, high pressure water is injected for the center of the element.
For this reason, you should not clean the wide area at the same time, which is shown in the drawing at right side.
We rotate the element, but it is important to overlap the cleaning area a little. The cleaning is finished after rotating 180 degrees.
Do you need whole automatic? If you need half automatic, the cost is reduced to 1/10 in comparison with the whole automatic. As our company has many cleaning equipment, we showed the whole automatic. But the half automatic is good for your company.
