外さずに組み立てるのはいかがでしょうか？
ガッチリくっついているので、間から樹脂が漏れることは無いかと思います。
もしAが破損すると、再製作になってしまので、かなりのコストと納期が掛かってしまいます。
引合いただいたヒーターが洗浄のためだけの使用でしたら、バンドヒーターのほうが安いです。
弊社でヒーターを作って保管しておくことも可能です。
〇〇社がC樹脂製造ラインの増設等を検討しているという話はありますでしょうか？

If you force dismantle A & B, A may break. How about building without dismantling them. As they are stongly attached, there is little danger of glue escaping from between.
If A breaks, it has to be remanufactured and it will require a considerable cost and time.
If the heater which you are inquring before is for heating purpose only, it is cheaper to use a hand-held heater.
It is possible for us to produce and to keep a heater.
