As setting of authority of viewing of A is completed, I notify it to you. I understand that 2 persons already have an authority of viewing of B, and you request only the setting o viewing of A. If you find a problem such as that you cannot view it, please let me know. I have a trouble at C and D. Although there was a problem while they were delivered, C and D were already delivered to you. You have already received the item, but do not withdraw objection. I have been asking you to withdraw it several times, but you have not replied me yet. As it will be counted as unsolved request if this situation continues, I request it to be solved immediately.

I understand that both of them has already got the browsing right of B, and they request to have only the right of A.
Please let me know if there are any problem like you cannot see. Also, I am in trouble about C, and D.
Both C and D got troubles on the way ,but products have been arrived safely at the customer.
She/He does not withdraw their claim, although they received the product.
I requested she/he to withdraw couple of times, but I do not receive any response.
I am eager to solve this problem immediately, since this occasion will be counted as unsolved task.
