Aの閲覧権限設定が完了しましたのでお知らせします。私は、2名が既にBの閲覧権限を持っておりAの閲覧設定のみを希望していると理解しています。もし閲覧不可等不具合がありましたらお知らせ下さい。また私はC,Dの件で大変困っています。C,D共に途中トラブルはあったもののお客様の元に確実に商品が届いています。お客様は既に商品を受け取っているにも関わらず異議を取り下げてくれません。お客様へ数度取り下げを依頼しましたが返信がなくこのままでは未解決案件として数えられるので大至急解決を望みます

I understand that both of them has already got the browsing right of B, and they request to have only the right of A.
Please let me know if there are any problem like you cannot see. Also, I am in trouble about C, and D.


Both C and D got troubles on the way ,but products have been arrived safely at the customer.
She/He does not withdraw their claim, although they received the product.
I requested she/he to withdraw couple of times, but I do not receive any response.
I am eager to solve this problem immediately, since this occasion will be counted as unsolved task.
