大変申し訳ございませんでした。
３−4回目かと思いますが改善されていないので
箱も分厚いのを用意して次回からしばらくはスタッフではなくて私が担当して
梱包したいと思います。
また先ほどPayPalで半額ですが送料を返金行いました。
信頼を失っておりますが回復出来るように取り組みしていきます。
今後とも宜しくお願いします。

I am very sorry. I think it is 3-4 times but it is not improved, so we will prepare thicker box and I will package on behalf of the stuff for a while.
Also I paid the half of delivery fee just now from paypal.

I think this is the third or fourth time that the problem occurred. Since the situation has not improved, from the next time onwards, we will prepare the thicker boxes and I will in charge of packaging in stead of the staff.
We have refunded half of the sending fee via PayPal.
