入荷した商品をお客様に送ったところ、お客様から次のような連絡がありました。
(1)商品画像には会社のロゴが入っていなかったが、届いた商品にはロゴが入っていた。なぜロゴが入っているのか。
(2)商品が全面メッキ処理されていた。なぜメッキ処理をしたのか。
(3)梱包状態が悪く付属のCDが割れていたのでCDを交換して欲しい。

After we sent the item which we received to the customer, we received a message below from the customer:
(1) The picture image of the item did not show the company logo, but the logo was printed on the item delivered. Why is the logo there?
(2) The whole of the item was plate-coated. Why did you do this?
(3) The packaging was terrible. So the accessory CD was broken. Please exchange it with a new one.
Can you please cope with the issues above? Thank you very much.

As I sent the item I received to my customer, the customer asked the following.
(1) There was no company logo on item image, but the item delivered had a logo. Why does it have a logo?
(2) Entire item was plated. Why was it plated?
(3) Packaging condition was poor and accessory CD was broken, so please replace CD.
