入荷した商品をお客様に送ったところ、お客様から次のような連絡がありました。

(1)商品画像には会社のロゴが入っていなかったが、届いた商品にはロゴが入っていた。なぜロゴが入っているのか。

(2)商品が全面メッキ処理されていた。なぜメッキ処理をしたのか。

(3)梱包状態が悪く付属のCDが割れていたのでCDを交換して欲しい。
