Thank you for your reply. A zip code XX is the exclusive zip code of the overseas forwarding company. So the sales tax must be exempted of Florida. I often buy the items at Amazon, walmart and shopdisney. If the delivery address is Florida, when the zip code is XX, each store will exempt Florida sales tax.
