Aは弊社のスコープに合わないので、本音を言うとあまりやりたくありません。
Bのハウジングの及びインターナルの熱処理は完了しました。
しかし、樹脂を除去後にハウジング、インターナルを確認したところ、傷がついていることがわかりました。
弊社の作業工程内では傷はつかないので、最初から傷はあったと考えております。
弊社の基準だと傷の修正が必要になりますが、直すとなると納期が更に掛かります。
I understood the status so I am asking the engineering to change the design. The drawing will be available within Monday. Since A does not match our scope, honestly we hesitate to do.
Heat treatments for the housing and internals of B have been finished.
However, after we removed plastic we found some blemishes for the internals.
Since our working process does not produce blemishes we suppose these were there from the beginning.
According to our standard it is necessary to modify these blemishes and it will take more delivery time.
