私はクレームについて確認をしたい。この取引は商品発送後追跡番号を登録したが、何等かの手違いで日本郵便で登録が正しく反映されず、発送した商品が破損を理由に返送されたケースです。私はこの商品と同じ物を再度発送し番号をBへ登録しましたが、未だ登録が反映されません。この件につきお客様から質問を受け、私はうっかり返信をしたものと勘違いしC裁定となってしまいました。再発送した商品は現在輸送中です。この場合私のC裁定はどのような結果になると予想されますか?解決のため私は今何が出来ますか?
I would like to confirm the content of the complaint. This is a case in which the dispatched item was returned to
the sender due to a damange on it while getting its track number registered on the data ofJapan Post Co., Ltd.,
though it was not registered there because of an error. Though I sent another copy of the same item again and registered the number on B, which has not been registered there. My client inquired me about this, and I mistakenly assumed I had replied to the client; I received Assessment C. The re-sent item is being delivered now. What do you anticipate of this assessment of C I have received? What can I do for a solution?
