〇〇さんは3月13日のPMに別件があるため、朝の便で帰国します。
私は16:00の便で日本へ帰る予定です。
今回のメインテーマはA社との打合せ（技術移転）だと考えていたので、
あまり日程に余裕がなかったのですが、〇〇さんの日程を調整し、今回の
出張の予定を立てました。
