国際郵便窓口に問い合わせてみます。
ただ、今日一日実家に行かなければならないため今日は他のことができません。

こちらでも調査しますが、あなたのお近くの郵便局にも追跡番号（xxx）を伝えて確認して頂けませんか？

As I checked the tracking number, it says the packaged was shipped from the outward office of exchange on the Dec. 20th but it hasn't been updated since.
I will contact the International postal window.
I'm afraid that I just need to visit my hometown today and won't have any spare time for it.
