この商品が１７日に発送されたことは、私も知っています。
私が知りたいのは、
・なぜ、トラッキング番号で追跡しても、荷物の移動経歴が全く確認できないのか。
・今、商品はどこにあるのか
ということです。
上記２点についてお知らせください。

I received your email earlier regarding this order, and I do know that the item has been shipped out on October 17, 2011.
What I would like to know is about the following two things.
1. What can’t I find any transportation records, even by checking with tracking
number?
2. Where is the item now?
