テストするための製品は10台くらい貴社で用意いただくことはできますか？

I'd like to do the summary of the project and agreement on the proposed venue during next week's business trip.
The schedule from midmonth onwards that was pointed out was temporarily established in order for A company and our company to do updates regularly after the summary is fixed.
For the products needed for the testing, can your company prepare around 10 for us?

Excuse me for not giving you enough explanation about the schedule.
We'd like to make agreements for the essential part of the project & an idea of the site when we visit you next week.
Regarding the schedule after the middle of the month which you pointed, it's temporary as we'd like to have the updates between A & us regularly after the essencial parts are set.
Could you prepare about 10 of the product for having tests?
