判明しました。
既にFBA在庫は全て移動の指示を出し、商品内容の確認をいたします。
不備のある商品は間違いのない内容で再納品する予定です。
既にお客様に販売してしまったものについては、お客様とコンタクトを取り
不足分の再送もしくは充分な返金額をもって対応させて頂きます。

We are going to re-ship the missing products without fail.
As for ones already sold out to you, we will get in touch with you and re-ship the missing products or we will issue you a refund.

I have already told to move all the FBA inventory, and will check details of the item.
I will send the item with defect under the condition of having no mistake again.
Regarding the item I had already sold to customer, I will contact him or her and send the missing one again or refund sufficiently.
