As you say, I have been possessing the property since October, 2013.
I changed the management company twice since then and TPI is the third company.

I do not know if there is any tenant currently because there is no answer to my asking.
However, since August, 2015 there have been no payment of rent while any legal action for eviction was not taken, so I was cosidereing it has been left empty up until now.
I have no information about the key to the house and facility condition like electricity and aqueduct etc.
