何度も審査していただきましてありがとうございます。 ご指示に従いまして、アプリの使用方法を組み込みました。 アプリの初回インストール時に表示します。 また2回目以降の起動時には、カメラ画面（コードのスキャン画面）の左上の「i」マークのボタンからも再表示できます。 QRコードの入手方法はこの使用方法に以下のように記載しました。（市販の雑誌・パンフレットなどに、割引券・お店のホームページ・地図などのWebページへのURLリンクのQRコードが印刷されています。

Thank you for your inspections on several times. Following your instruction, I included how to use the application software. I will have it displayed when the application will be installed for the first time.
And it can be displayed again after the second time to be installed on the “i” button located on the top left corner (the scanning screen of the camera).
Regarding how to obtain the
QR Code, I listed the method as the following. (The QR Code is printed on magazines and pamphlets as to the URL links to the websites of discount coupons and maps.)

In the case that the apps starts after the second time, it can be displayed again by clicking the button with "i" mark on the left top part of the camera screen (the scan screen of the code).
