これから、仕入れ先に発注した場合、お客様に商品を発送できるのは、11月16日か17日となりますが、お待ちいただけますでしょうか。それとも、キャンセルをご希望でしょうか。

If I order it to my supplier now, I will be able to send the item to you on November 16th or 17th, can you wait till then? Or would you like to cancel it?
