・FBAの販売を開始し、段階的にその比率を上げることにより、オーダーされた商品が到着しないという事を避けるようにします。
・日本から発送している商品のリストについては出来るだけ追跡番号をつけるために、リストを見直します。
Having repeatedly received an instruction from Amazon regarding the improvement plan submission, though it is simple, we promise the following:
- We will thoroughly perform the customer support and immediately repay in response to a customer's claim for not receiving an item.
- We will start FBA sales, and by increasing the rate step by step, we will avoid such situation of undelivered order.
- As for the list of items shipped from Japan, we will revise the list in order to attach a tracking number as possible as we can.
