先日アンプが届きまして動作確認をしました。
電源を入れますと左chより、バリバリ、ゴソゴソと異音が出ております。
商品説明には片側のchを修理したと記載してますがなおっておりません。
ヘッドフォンを使用した際もはっきりと左chより異音が確認できます。
このまま使用することはできませんので修理を実施したいと考えております。
修理代の一部として200$ご返金いただくことは可能でしょうか？

As the other day the amplifier arrived, I checked its functioning.
When switched on, from left channel, there was strange sounds came out.
In the product explanation, it said one side of channel has been repaired but it has not been repaired.
When used headphone, I can hear clearly noise from the left channel.
As I cannot use as it is, I would like to be repaired.
Is it possible for you to issue a refund as cost, $200, to be repaired?
