当店で調査したところ、お客様が商品を受け取ったのは、uspsの追跡記録において6月30日となっております。
AMAZON.COM並びに当店の返品ポリーは、お客様が商品を受領されてから、30日を超えたものは返品できないこととしております。
大変申し訳ありませんが、今回のご要望は、商品受領後30日を経過しておりますので、返品要望は受け付けできません。返品リクエストを取り下げてくださいますようお願いいたします。

Amazon had contacted us and said you would like to return the item.
However, the tracking record by UPS shows that you received the item on June 30.
According to the return policies of Amazon.com and our shop, it is not allowed that you return items more than 30 days after receipt them.
Since it has been more than 30 days since you received the concerned item, we are afraid to tell you that the return request is not acceptable.
