注文した製品とは違うものが送られてきました。
注文した製品は以下のページのものですが、送られてきた製品は動画のものです。
外見は良く似ていますが、部品や配置が異なります。
特に重要な違いは
注文した製品はバッテリーの接続パッドがありませんが、
送られてきた製品はあり、バッテリーから直接電気を供給しなくてはなりません。
私の機体はバッテリーから直接電気が供給できないので、送られてきた製品は使えません。
製品の交換をお願いします。
もし御社の在庫が同じものしたら、代りに以下の製品をお送り下さい。
I have received a wrong product.
The product I ordered was the one shown on the following page and the wrong one I received is the one shown in the video.
Both of them look alike, but the parts and the arrangement are different.
The most important difference is that the product I ordered had no connecting pad for battery and that the wrong one I received has one, which I have to supply electricity directly form the battery.
Since my drone can not charge electricity directly from the battery, I can not use the wrong product.
Therefor, I would like to exchange the product.
If you don't have the product I want in stock, please send me the following product instead.
