社長のおっしゃることは理解しました。今後、深夜残業で帰りの電車が無くなる場合の4回目以降は近くのホテルで泊まる、もしくは他のデザイナーに仕事を任せる事にします。今後はその方法にすることで、経費節約します。その認識でよろしいでしょうか？
それとも他の方法にしなくてはならないでしょうか？
私の希望としては、なるべくホテル宿泊ではなく帰宅したいと思っております。

I understood what the president said. In the future, if there will be no train to return due to late overtime work I will stay at nearby hotel or leave the work to other designer. That will save expense in the future. Is my understanding correct? Or do I have to do it by any other way?
As per my request, I'd like to go back home instead of staying at a hotel.
