We sent this item in June 28th and it was already delivered in June 29th. We had informed the buyer already but he said he did not get it yet. I sent the message "Shall I resend the item?" but I have not yet got the reply. What should I do?

This item was shipped on June 28. The delivery is completed on June 26. We told the buyer about this but the buyer said it has not been received. Although we contacted the buyer offering to send another item we have not heard from the buyer. We are not sure how to correspond to this.
